When you sit down to work with a buyer, do you already know the traits that will decide whether they will hire you or not?

1 – Honesty and credibility – Just ask a new client what they liked and disliked most about their last REALTOR® and listen carefully.

2 – Area Familiarity – Do your neighborhood homework and demonstrate your past success in a particular area.

3 – Great follow through – If you commit to something – DO IT. Say what you do and do what you say.

4 – Organization and responsiveness – Keep everything in order. Use technology to help you communicate promptly and efficiently.

5 – Be a GREAT LISTENER first and then a GREAT COMMUNICATOR. Learn to ask great questions focused on the person with whom you are speaking.

Be aware of what’s important to your buyers and let them know that their experience working with you will be exactly what they are looking for!
